Заказ из трёх позиций ждала 20 минут. Пока не поторопила, даже готовить не начинали. Людей в зале мало, сотрудники где-то ходят, гости ждут кассира по 10 минут. Приличных слов больше не осталось. Верните БК

19.06 подошла забрать заказ. Менеджер Ляйсан отправила ко мне сотрудника со словами "там тётенька, отдай ей" Хамство и непрофессианолизм! Сотрудники, тем более менеджеры, не должны так обращаться к посетителям! Проведите беседу и инструктаж, как надо общаться!
