28.10.2022г в 18.50 оформили доставку на 20.15-20.30 Так как сегодня мы устраивалю праздник для детей, праздник удался но вот к заключению праздника должен был быть сюрприз из KFC. Но этого сюрприза так и не дождались. В 20.00 позвонили повторно для уточнения нам ответили что наш заказ немного задерживается и будет в 21.00. Но и в это время заказ не поступил, мы позвонили снова и нам ответили что наш заказ отменен и его не будет. Так как продукты испортились. Дети очень были не довольны. ЭТОТ РЕСТОРАН НЕ СОВЕТУЮ НЕ КОМУ.

Готовили еду очень долго, при этом она было холодная, на просьбу исправить ситуацию, не смогли решить вопрос. Обслуживаний и клиентоориентированность ужасное….

Это самое ужасный ресторан от KFC. Обслуживание ужасное, хамское. Доставка осуществляется по Ленинскому району только из этой точки, к великому сожалению. Раз 5 заказывали и постоянно привозили с огромной задержкой. Последний раз вообще прождали 1,5 часа, при том что заказала ещё днём на вечернее время (было небольшое семейное мероприятие). После ожидания, мы получили уведомление, что наш заказ вообще отменён. Вуа-ля, все остаются голодными!!! И сотрудникам, и руководству данной точки сети KFC было безразлично, работают безответственно. Мы быстренько поехали сами, только уже в другой район. Однако другая точка данной сети, которая находится по другому адресу и в другом районе, нас спасла и при том принесли извинения за халатное отношение и доставленные неудобства их коллег, и в придачу дали утешительный подарок. Давно пора сменить сотрудников и руководство данной точки. Либо вообще закрыть эту точку.
