Здравствуйте, сразу скажу, никогда подобного не было. Покупаю в этой точке, но была очень огорчена покупкой. 200 рублей не жалко, печально только, что не признали свою вину. Сегодня заказала баскет за 199 рублей с острыми крыльями. Крылья оказались полусырыми и от них исходил неприятный запах. В надежде найти хоть единственное нормальное крыло, я попробовала каждый. Без изменений. Когда обратилась к работникам, они лишь сказали, что это "маринад". Сказали, мол: -Вы говорите нам это, после того, как вы все съели? Ладно если бы они принесли извинения, но ничего не последовало. Только нагнетание, и выставление покупателя с худшей стороны. После этого, они лишь посмеялись с коллегами и все. Прошу предпринять какие-то меры.

Всё вкусное,свежее.Время ожидания максимум минут 7)ходим часто,никогда долго не ждали,даже в час пик.персонал вежливый,уборщица очень шустрая,столы чистые. Расположение тоже достаточно удобное,ходим в детский магазин,естественно дети потом хотят перекусить и кфс это просто лучшее место👍Кстати для малышей есть специальные стульчики(что конечно не может не радовать)и детская зона👌

Ужасное обслуживание, пришли покушать ,а пришлось убираться, ждали минут пять уборщицу,так как других мест попросту не было , ждали ждали ,так и не дождались. Ее вообще не было В прошлый раз пришли ,заказали ай твистер . Был холодный ,подошли сказать ,нам сказали что так и должно ,хотя в предыдущие разы было все нормально,то есть были горячие ай твистеры

28.10.2022 вечером делали заказ, все было настолько вкусное, такого вкусного кфс давным давно не ели! Курочка вся сочная, хрустящая, картошка фри божественная, Твистор очень вкусный. Такого быстрого четкого обслуживания, вкусной еды и чтобы заказ не перепутали, давно не было! Хочу выразить огромную благодарность смене которая работал в этот день, ребята вы молодцы, спасибо вам за ваш труд:)
