Самый отвратительный сервис именно в этом кфс. Пыталась заказать доставку и 5 раз переносили время доставки! По телефону служба поддержки ничем не может помочь, кроме "вы можете оставить жалобу". От того что я оставила жалобу ничего не поменялось. Пришлось отменять доставку и ехать самим, заказав всё предварительно в приложении. В ресторане было пусто и на вопрос: " у вас какие-то проблемы с доставкой?" - сотрудники ответили, что нет никаких проблем. Но при этом доставить не смогли .Так и тут без косяков не обошлось. Не положили 5 позиций. Но при этом заказ был оплачен через приложение и деньги за эти 5 позиций никто не вернул. На горячей линии, кроме как составить претензию ничего сделать нельзя. Дозвониться в ресторан я не смогла, учитывая что надо было звонить на московский номер и вводить внтуренний номер ресторана. Вообщем, 300 раз подумайте прежде, чем там планировать свой ужин. Это, кстати, не первый их косяк. Очень разочарована сервисом, испортили всё настроение и ужин с семьёй.

Именно в этой точке kfc курица протухшая. Кушали в прошлый раз в этом ресторане пол года назад, отравились. Заказ был частично неправильно собран. Вчера 23.09.2022 решили снова перекусить в этой точке, последствия все те же.
