07.02.2025 г. Возпользовались терминалом вашим ( время около 7 вечера) сделали заказ на вынос. Оплатив, уехали. Уже дома, увидели что все заказанные: чикенбургер, гамбургер и 2 шаурмы( не помню названия) были с одной булкой и мясом!!! Без соуса! Без салата! Без сыра! Без огурцов и помидоров! Просто без начинки, пустые булки!!! Уже потом, увидев на пакете, напечатанные, что заказ сделан без индигриентов!!! Как так вышло? За что было оплачено 800 р, за пустые сухие булки??? Что там у вас за работники, которым плевать на качество услуг. Позор вам, больше не ногой к вам. Вечер был испорчен, не было времени к вам возвращаться!

Мегаролл был холодным, картошку фри, которую в него положили, была мягкой и пережаренной, такую принято выбрасывать, а не в ролл класть. Салфетку дали на одного человека, хотя нас двое, я и жена. Скорость выдачи заказа при этом была более долгой, чем делают в других ресторанах сети Rostic's. Неужели нельзя рассчитать время приготовления, если мегаролл, то он большой и времени разогреть требуется больше.

Алксей Кудленко Вы наверное школьник или студент если обычный, бюджетный фаст-фуд с очередями в обедне время, едой из полуфабрикатов и ужасным кофе называете рестораном??? Поправлю ЗАБЕГАЛОВКА и никак больше, точка!!! Не лучше и не хуже остальных конвеерных заведений, в которых нет ничего здорового!!!!!! Сюда можно попасть случайно. Я не понимаю людей которые в них ходят постоянно и добровольно?
