Ужасное обслуживание. Терминалы, через которые надо делать заказ глючат, трижды списываоись деньги и трижды не выдавался чек, после чего банк делал возврат, при подходе на кассу игнор от продавщиц, пока уже не задаешь вопрос о причине игнора... Испорченное настроение, остался голоден.

Просто ужас. Ждать заказ 20 минут при этом все кто за тобой заказал уже поели и ушли. В добавок фри как будто из микроволновки достали и забыли разогреть.

Ждал своей очереди 15 минут, потом кассир приняла заказ не правильно админ пять минут пытался убрать заказ с экрана не получилось меня уговорили купить ещё какой то пирожок который мне не нужен, ждал ещё 19 минут свою еду уже 3 человека ушли которые после меня заказали, уже и съели, супруга уже роллы съела и ждала меня, я потребовал вернуть деньги, но мне сказали ещё минутку, на 21 ой минуте ожидания подарили кофе, не кофе а гадость, короче крла выветрелась и лёд потаял я попросил заменить, н а что на меня наорал админ. – показать
