Ужасный интернет, скорость постоянно падает в 10 раз, буквально до 10 мб/с на 5ghz сети. Дурдом, мучаемся уже полтора года, поменяли вагон их роутеров и миллионы прошивок - толку 0

Подключили интернет, используя свой личный модем. В итоге при подключении они переписали серийный номер нашего модема и вбили его, как будто бы модем ростелекомовский. Сейчас мы должны платить за аренду своего же! модема. На все претензии отвечают, что модем их, и якобы у них имеются все соответствующие документы. В общем придется обращаться в компетентные органы. Никому не советую связываться с данной компанией.
