Это ужас какой то, отключился интернет и телевидение, звоню им туда спрашиваю причину, они спросили номер телефона и сказали с вами свяжутся, в итоге позвонили и сказали, то что смогут только на следующий день приехать посмотреть, потому-то мастер работает у них до 18:00 а нам что делать, сидеть смотреть в потолок!

Здравствуйте, Елизавета! Скорее всего, проблему не удалось решить дистанционно, а по некоторым адресам, действительно, выезд может быть организован только в рабочее время.

Хуже организации не видел. Никакой тех поддержки. Вечные проблемы то на линии, то телевидением. Перешел в другую организацию и проблем нет
