Никогда не пользуйтесь услугами РТ, не тратьте зря свое время, нервы и деньги. Начиная с того, что не менее 3х сотрудников по телефону не знают, что такое АТС, заканчивая тем, что в течение 3х дней не могли подключить АТС с номером, который уже отработал в тестовом режиме. И врут с оплатой, в начале сказали одну сумму, потом началось доплатите еще и еще, за 1 номер, 1 АТС и 1 пользователя. Через 3 дня номер так и не заработал, оплаченные деньги возвращать не собираются.

Приемник старейшего предприятия связи СССР оказывает низкокачественные услуги. Скорость интернета не соответствует заявленной по тарифу. Оборудование взятое в аренду (ТВ приставку забрали, а роутер нет, хотя все оборудование по документам в аренде) не забирают, а утверждают что роутер взят в кредит у них нами за 3500!(позолоченный видимо судя по его стоимости, а не просто рядовой китаец) голословно без подтверждения какими либо документами. Ни в коем случае не обращайтесь к ним за услугами! В Домодедово есть надежные провайдеры, которые предоставляют более качественные услуги и адекватное обслуживание в отличии от Ростелекома.
