Хорошая связь, но отвратительное отношение к абонентам. Заявки рассматривают по 2 месяца. Первый раз деньги ушли не на тот счёт по ошибке ИХ сотрудника, не могли вернуть 2 месяца, хотя все чеки у меня на руках. В итоге вернули только половину суммы. Внятного объяснения ни один оператор дать не смог. Дальше ставлю блокировку на месяц (уезжала), оператор сказала, что за этот месяц я платить не буду. Приезжаю, выставляют счёт на этот месяц тоже. Оформила претензию, сказали рассмотрят в течение 10 дней. Прошло более 2 недель, претензия так и не рассмотрена. Хотя звоню им каждый день. Предлагают оплатить ещё раз ту сумму, что не туда ушла, плюс месяц, что я блокировала. Тогда, говорят, включим интернет. Не знаю, как тут ответить на комментарий РТ, поэтому пишу тут: О КАКОМ ПИСЬМЕ НА ПОЧТУ ВЫ ГОВОРИТЕ, ЕСЛИ ВЫ НЕ МОЖЕТЕ РАЗОБРАТЬСЯ С ПРЕТЕНЗИЕЙ, ОТПРАВЛЕННОЙ ВАМ НА ПОЧТУ 02.07? СЕГОДНЯ 07.09. НЕ ГОВОРЯ УЖЕ О ТОМ, ЧТО 2 МЕСЯЦА ВЫ ИГНОРИРУЕТЕ ОБРАЩЕНИЯ ПО ТЕЛЕФОНУ? ЕДИНСТВЕННОЕ, ЧТО МНЕ ОТВЕЧАЮТ:"ЗАЯВКА НАХОДИТСЯ НА РАССМОТРЕНИИ"
