Собирались с мужем менять адрес в течение месяца, заранее позвонила, чтобы узнать, что необходимо сделать, чтобы остановить услугу, переписывалась в чате, сказали, что свяжутся со мной и узнают все детали, но никто не связался, просто взяли и прекратили услугу через пару часов, хотя я не просила моментальную остановку услуги, они даже не спросили дату, когда услуга больше не будет необходима, а у меня был важный корпоративный звонок, который решал мою карьеру. Просто очень безответственно относятся к своему делу, я еще не пишу про то, что в первые месяцы с меня снимали деньги за услугу, которую я не брала и не хотела, после жалобы вернули сумму, но какое право имели снимать с меня деньги без моего ведома. А еще во время установки мне предложили модем, хотя у меня дома было около 5 разных модемов ростелеком, сказали что нет необходим новый, я сказала, хорошо, я здесь на пару месяцев, что нужно будет делать с модемом, если я уеду, на что ответили, что ничего, нужно просто вызвать сотрудника и он заберет модем, и вы не будете платить ежемесячную оплату, но сейчас мне говорят, что я должна платить за модем, даже если он мне не нужен. Кстати договор, который мне отправили они в начале ни на компьютере, ни на телефоне не открывался, неоднократно с ними связывалась, но эта проблема не была решена. Никому не советую, очень разочарована
