Пообещали то , что сделать не смогут, заставили ждать , даже не собираясь выполнить заявку, не сочли нужным сообщить об этом. Как это называется?

Если бы здесь можно было бы поставит 0 звезд, то я бы поставила. 29.06.19(суббота) мне пришла смс(14:25), о том, что мой товар прибыл и я его могу забрать до 16:00. В 15:20 я пришла забирать его. И что вы думаете????? Ваш отдел почему-то закрылся!!!! Вопрос, ПОЧЕМУ????? ОБЪЯВЛЕНИЯ О ТОМ, ЧТО ВЫ ЗАКРЫВАЕТЕСЬ ТАК РАНО НЕ БЫЛО НИГДЕ!!! БЫЛО ЧЕТКО НАПИСАНО, ЧТО ПО СУББОТАМ РАБОТАЕТЕ ДО 16:00!!!!!!!!!!!! В зале находился охранник, или кто это был, я не поняла, и девушка, ваша работница. Мы стучались, этот мужчина повернулся, и отвернулся!!!! В этот день был дождь, я зря потратила деньги на Такси, и раньше отпросилась с работы. СПАСИБО ВАМ ОГРОМНОЕ!!!!
