Выбираю авто, пал выбор на тигуан. Позвонил, попросил устроить тест драйв в 19. 00. Менеджер Антон отказал, что мол в это время не подводим. Испортил отношение.

Алексей, добрый день! Нам очень жаль, что сложилась такая ситуация. Приносим извинения. Руководитель отдела продаж уже провёл соответствующую беседу с менеджером, чтобы впредь такого не повторилось. Всегда будем рады вам снова! Спасибо.

При покупке авто все было прекрасно менеджер просто чудесный, огромное спасибо за понимание и такое чуткое отношение отдела продаж! Впечатление от обслуживания в автосервисе ужасное! В первый раз приехали поставить защиту картера, заранее ознакомились с ценой, но когда приехали нам говорят цену на 800 р больше!!! Задаём вопрос почему, говорят "Ой ошибочка вышла, действительно цена ниже" по времени сказали ждать 2 часа!!! Прикрутить 8 болтов!!!! Ладно пошли наверх слежу что делает механик, в итоге возле авто он был в общей сложности 20 минут. Вижу что машина готова спускаюсь и сама говорю что хочу забрать авто, а менеджер для чего-то тянет время! Второй визит совсем беспредел: приехала на шиномонтаж опять говорят 1,5 часа!!! И в итоге мне авто которому нет ещё месяца ПОЦАРАПАЛИ!!!! ЭТО В КАКИЕ ВОРОТА ВООБЩЕ????!!!!! Очень жаль что привязана к вам гарантией!!!!! По своей воле не пошла бы больше никогда!!!!
