Летели с Кипра в августе 2019 г. Вылет обратного рейса авиакомпании «Россия» FV5708 по маршруту Ларнака – Москва запланированный на 22:00 31.08.2019 был задержан. Вылет произошел только на следующие сутки 01.09.2019 в 11:26, т.е. с опозданием более чем на 13 часов. В адрес авиакомпании Россия была направлена претензия о выплате компенсации за задержку рейса. Однако, наше требование, авиакомпания, можно сказать, проигнорировала. Согласились выплатить только из расчета 25 рублей за час задержки. Это смешно! Сумма компенсации 331 рубль! Всего!!! Компания ненадежная, полностью игнорирует Монреальскую конвенцию, к которой присоединилась Россия в 2017 году. Не имея своего представительства в странах ЕС, понимает, что пострадавшим клиентам можно ничего не выплачивать. По закону, за задержку рейса, полагается от 250 до 600 евро компенсации, которую выплачивают приличные авиакомпании. Но России это не указ! Они этим пользуются и наплевательски относятся к нарушенным правам пострадавших пассажиров. Добавил для себя эту авиакомпанию в черный список, чтобы никогда больше не пользоваться ее услугами.

Летал в Тайланд и обратно этой авиакомпанией, задержки были по 40 минут и туда и обратно, кресла удобные, места для ног достаточно, но проблема с подголовниками, они болтаются и чуть дотронешься вообще падают. Еда из Москвы была средняя, обратно на 5+. Был Боинг 747-400 с изображением тигра на носу.
