Кошмарный персонал! В банке хороший курс валюты, но персонал настолько ужасный ( хотят, ощущение , что пришёл к ним лично денег занять). Зашли , спросили можно ли перевод получить . Нас не здороваясь отправили за талонами, я попросила сразу анкеты , чтоб потом время не терять. Пока стояли заполняли-вышла кассир сказала , что она на обед на 30 минут. Если руководство банка не хочет терять клиентов -надо сменить персонал.

Как не прийдешь в это отделение, то обед, которого нет в расписании, то клиент на пол часа в кассе, идите отсюда, ужасно, народа мало так и их не могут обслужить нормально!!!
