Зашел на сайт уточнить ставки по кредиту. Заинтересовала акция Юбилейный под 7.5%. Потратил 2 часа на заполнение заявки. Сайт выдал ошибку. Уточнил по телефону, оказалось, что нужно заявку подавать лично в отделении банка. Продиктовал почти ту же информацию, что заполнял в анкете. Когда пришел в отделение менеджер глядя на листок подтвердил процентную ставку. Т.е. то, что я заполнял и диктовал оказалось не нужно. Когда посчитали стоимость страховки, выпал в осадок. На сайте в расчёте это нигде не указывается, только стоит галочка "С учётом страхования". А оказалось в расчёте не учитывается. Спросил на счёт других страховых организаций, которые указаны в списке аккредитованных в выпадающем окне данной акции потребительского кредитования. Услышал видимо профессиональные фразы "париться", "седьмая вода на киселе", банк должен зарабатывать, толмуты других страховых организаций нужно изучать ьанку и велик отказ даже при покупке страховки. В общем везде завуалированное честное обманывало...

Отвратительно! Персонал безграмотный, не знает, как клиенту получить доступ к региональным вкладам. Работает медленно, хамит. Вообще лучше не связываться с этим банком- денег своих вы от них не дождетесь! Что бы решить проблему, пришлось час звонить в горячую линию. Идите лучше в ВТБ или Открытие
