Чтобы заказать справку для налоговой просидела больше часа, когда подошла спросить почему мой талон не вызывают ответили что его вообще в очереди нет, перенаправили на другой талон, где ещё просидела 15 минут, вообще какой-то ужас. Причём чтобы получить справку приезжала 2 раза так её не могли подписать, всё время начальство было занято, так что остались очень недовольны.

Самый ужасный банк! Непунктуальные сотрудники, отвратительно работают банкоматы, в 99% случаев невозможно пополнить банк.карту, сотрудники банка не реагируют на недостатки обслуживания, зачастую невозможно провести операции в мобильном банке. Карта банка оформляются с нарушением сроков доставки. По телефонам ОФИСОВ невозможно дозвониться, через контакт центр также невозможно решить текущие вопросы! Являюсь клиентом банка более 10лет, последние 2-3 года стойкая динамика на ухудшение обслуживания клиентов. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ НИКОМУ РСХБ!!!!!!!

Плохое обслуживание операторы грубые полной информации не дают по заданному вопросу

Электронная очередь - однозначный плюс. Обслуживание, может быть, и не супер быстрое, но приемлемое по времени.

Нарушают закон, подаем в суд, через банк решить ничего нельзя. Это будет мой первый иск. Представьте насколько там круто.
