Просидела час и не дождалась чтобы подать заявку. Девочки пару раз подходили спрашивали, но в итоге тишина. Оказывается после 18:00 принимает только 1 специалист по ипотеке. Записали на визит в другой день, посмотрим....

Прошло уже 1 час и 20 минут как мы сидим в очереди в этот прекрасный банк! Час двадцать!!!! Это нормальная работа банка???

электронная очередь когда много людей бесполезна, вызывают не в порядке очереди, мурыжили с документами, постоянно чего то не хватало, подали заявку на сельскую ипотеку раза с 4, ответа нет уже дней 10, одним словом РОССЕЛЬХОзБАНК, название подобрано весьма удачно!

Я очень очень и еще раз очень недовольна обслуживанием этого банка. Пошла к ним за консультацией по ипотечному кредитованию. Девочка недавно устроилась,и полной информации мне дать не смогла(сама призналась).Плюс к этому компьютер у них глючил, глючил, а потом совсем завис. Так и не плучив нужной мне информации, я ушла. Прихожу через несколько дней. Сидит другая...еще хуже первой. На вопросы ответить не может, расчет произвести не может, не спрашивая какая нам сумма требуется и на сколько лет пытается сосчитать сумму платежа (очень рассеянная).Компьютер все так же глючил и снова завис. Я говорю девушка я не хочу с вами общаться по этому вопросу, пригласите мне другого сотрудника,она сказала что больше никого нету., написала номер своего тел. и отравила нас, сказав что позвоните, кто возьмет трубочку, тот и проконсультирует вас по ипотеке. Вообщем бардак!!! Не ходите туда, наверное у них с процентами такой же бардак,как и с консультированием.

Обращалась в офис на Ленина 50 за консультацией по вкладу. Девочки рассказали все условия и быстро оформили. Рада, что обслуживаюсь в таком надежном банке.
