Это банк, которые не заслуживает доверия! В начале марта подала документы на рефинансирование ипотечного кредита. Несколько раз уточняла, не будет ли повышения процентных ставок в связи с ситуаций в стране и мире. Работник банка заверил, что ставки, действующие на момент подачи заявки, останутся неизменными. А дальше...началось затягивание сроков. Стали требовать все новые и новые справки, о которых изначально не предупреждали (и которые, кстати, не бесплатные). По итогу дотянули до 7 апреля и вместо обещанных 8,4 % утвердили ставку 9,8 (в Сбербанке сейчас у меня 10%). Почему нельзя был сразу предупредить, что ставки могут поменяться, чтобы люди сами принимали решение, рисковать им или нет. А так, расцениваю это как сознательный обман со стороны банка. Очень разочарована!

В макси поставили банкомат, им невозможно пользоваться. Чтобы внести деньги, надо встать на четвереньки, чтобы попасть деньгой в дырочку. Интересно, сами вообще пробуют пользоваться перед тем, как устанавливать такие удобные банкоматы. И я бы не писал этот отзыв, если бы не приходилось каждый месяц платить ипотеку. Получается, каждый месяц я встаю перед банком на колени, отдавая долг. Иначе в отверстие не попадешь.

30 мая в 13:29 отделение банка на Петровско-Заводской было закрыто. Специально накануне зашёл на их официальный сайт, открыл специально размещенный официальный xls-файл с официальным режимом работы всех отделений в мае, нашёл отделение на Петровско-Заводской в Чите, убедился, что оно в субботу работает до 15:00. А по факту - опущенные жалюзи. Зря съездил через весь город. Отвратительное отношение к потенциальным клиентам.
