Из личного опыта, в октябре 19г. подала заявку на рефинансирование кредита, сейчас 27 февраля 20г. ответ до сих пор не получила))) даже и не буду говорить о рабочих моментах, где работа связана напрямую с общением с этим банком (((

Пришёл в кассу оплатить госпошлину, из кассы был отправлен на второй этаж, там проверяли паспорт, вносили данные в свою базу, напечатали кучу бумажек и только потом позволили внести деньги в кассу. Потратил минут 45, тогда как любым другим способом будет на порядок быстрее. После этого в этот банк ни ногой.

Единственный офис банка в Искитиме. Внутри ужасная отделка, планировка непонятная. Теряешься, не знаешь куда идти, вывесок мало. Сотрудниками недоволен, вводят в заблуждение постоянно.
