Добрый день! Пожалуй это самый ужасный банк в плане обслуживания клиентов. 1. Терминал очереди никогда не работает приходится занимать по старинке 2. Обслуживание менеджеров мерзкое ничего не хотят сделать или что то объяснить всегда посылают на стойку, берутся только за оформление кредита, ипотеки или выдачи кредитных карт, вообщем всего того что приносит им Деньги обслуживание и консультацию по своим же продуктам от них не дождёшься, ты просишь узнать о возможности снижения ставки а они тебе страховку ещё одну предлагают достали уже. 3. Руководителя за три года моего посещения, не было на месте не разу сколько я не спрашивал. 4. Операторы за стойкой, такого ощущения что первый день работают что ни спроси ничего не знают хотя банальный вопрос срок изготовления Карты, во время обслуживания разговаривают по мобильную телефону и точно разговор велся не на рабочие моменты. 5. Сам банк грязный вход не удобный, лестница для колясок разбита. 6. Хорошая новость его скоро закрывают и он переезжает напротив облаков но не радуйтесь сотрудники там будут те же. В частности менеджер Валерия Марковна к которой у меня очень много претензий по ее работе с клиентами и отношения к ним

Снаружи похож на пивной ларек из 90-х. Даже двери не могут покрасить и ступеньки сделать. Работницы ведут себя как будто к ним домой пришли и чего-то хотят...
