Обманули при получении и обмене валют. Да, каюсь виноват, не доглядел в документах, думал банк честный. При курсе 70 рублей выдали по 66. При этом, когда я спросил почему выдали в рублях а не долларах мне ответили, мол система не позволяет, хотя отправляли мне в долларах. Одним словом лохотрон. Подавитесь, уроды.

Очередь из 5 человек, ожидание больше часа. После чего выяснилось, что монеты, за которыми и пришел, мне продать не могут в связи с тем, что новая программа плохо работает. Причём сотрудник, которого и спросил насчёт монет, как только пришел, сказал, что надо в порядке электронной очереди обратиться а кассу.

После многократных попыток так и не удалось оформить заявку на получение карты Россельхозбанк Union Pay онлайн. Проблема одна: не приходит четырёхзначный проверочный код для подтверждения. Пробовал с разных телефонов, операторов. После звонка в службу поддержки Россельхозбанка мне было предложено обратиться в офис банка лично, дескать там мне всё решат. Обратился в офис по адресу ул. Радищева, 65/2, Саратов. На этапе заявки сотрудник банка опять отправил проверочный код на мой телефон (оператор Мегафон), телефон жены( оператор МТС). Чуда не произошло, проверочный код не пришёл и мне было отказано в получении карты. Да и до этого у нас были обрашщения к своим сотовым оператором на предмет наличия ограничений. Получили ответ. Никаких ограничений нет.
