Худший банк что я видел за последние 15 лет. Похож на Сбербанк из 90-х. 23.03.2020г мы с женой пришли по ипотеке. На входе расслабленный охранник в вольготной позе, на столе бардак. Но доброжелательный, подсказал. Получили талончик - сразу вызов в 5 окно. Специалист не принял, т.к. у него ещё сидит человек. 2 минуты решали кто же с нами поработает, сказали ждать. Через 10-15 минут на приняла специалист Анна в 4 окне. Говорила сквозь зубы, на вопросы не отвечала, а долго смотрела в глаза, как пьяный физрук на первоклассника. Мы с женой ИП, соответственно у нас не справки о доходах, а копии налоговых деклараций. Как их правильно заверить так, чтобы Россельхозбанк их принял - Анна не объяснила. Промаялись там с бумагами ещё 40 минут, заполнили заявления. И тут ВНЕЗАПНО Анна заявила, что доход недостаточен для ипотеки, что все доходы по декларации ИП нужно умножать на 0,3 - то есть банк учитывает только 30% от нашего дохода (на горячей линии никто не в курсе этого понижающего коэффициента)... Анна сделала жалостливое лицо и сказала, что мы не проходим вместе, но можно сделать брачный договор и тогда можно сделать отдельно на меня ипотеку, без жены. Тут же ласково добавила: "у меня уже люди делают брачный договор, это стоит 7000". На вопросы о том зачем этот договор нужен и почему он даст такую возможность - не ответила, рож... лицо снова стала злая. Отдала нам наши документы молча. Чудесный специалист! Кстати, заявления с нашими личными данными она на отдала. А на следущий день мне позвонили карточные мошенники на тот самый номер, что я указал в заявлении, и назвали меня по имени-отчеству... Совпадение? Не банк, а руины колхоза. Руинколхозбанк.

Это какой-то ужас, в выходной день работает 1 специалист по кредитам. Просидели 2 часа. И ничего. За час приняли 1 человека. Персонал приветливый. Девушка на кредитах всё чётко рассказала всем.
