В этом банке всегда долгое обслуживание. От 1до 3часов Сделайте больше персонала для физических лиц. Либо пусть карты выдают и из юр отдела. Либо любой персонал. Я был в Райфайзен банке так там карту выдала девушка ресепшн. Быстро и оперативно. Учитесь

Хочу поблагодарить сотрудника банка Морозову Марию Эдуардовну. Пользуюсь услугами этого отделения банка на Невском проспекте,61 уже более пяти лет и впервые захотелось оставить отзыв. Это не просто великолепный специалист, но и неравнодушный человек. Помогла мне исправить ошибки в полисе страхования, оказала просто профессиональное обслуживание. Спасибо большое и от всей души желаю профессиональных успехов и дальнейшего роста!!!
