Самый тупой и ленивый банк в стране! Справку, которую делают в Сбербанке тут же, при обращении, в этом недо-банке делают полторы недели!! И требуется суммарно три визита, чтобы ее получить! Верх пренебрежения по отношению к клиентам.

я клиент этого банка только из-за двух плюсов - лояльность при оформлении документов и хорошие ставки. Обслуживание конечно необходимо налаживать, в этом минус. Добавьте в штат критического менеджера, а так же проводите с персоналом экзамены по знаниям, потому что приходилось висеть меж двух огней на телефоне, когда в контакт центре дают одну инфу, а в офисе тут же её опровергают, будто они первая инстанция )

Самый плохой банк России непонятно для кого создан но откаты берут немалые и мухлюют кредитами
