В течении трех часов я со своей жалобой, позвонила на телефон +7 495 91936-91, мужчина вежливо перенаправил меня на телефон 8 495 3793730, с которого , объяснив, что жалобы не принимают и консультации не дают отправили меня на телефоны 499 784 93-58(9300) по которому мне раздраженно ответили, что во первых по телефону не выслушивают, а во вторых рабочий день закончен...Я поинтересовалалась до какого же времени они работают( время звонка 16-14) мне ответили, что в будние дни до 18, но сейчас пятница, оказалось что по пятницам до 16-30, у меня опять было недоумение, ведь я звоню в рабочее время.В ответ на меня наорали, что в данный момент ей нужно еще все опечатывать и опломбировать на выходные дни. Простите, а почему в рабочее время? Меня опять отправили по след телефону 495 785 37-41, где уже никто не брал трубку. Видимо там уже было все опечатано и рабочий день закончился в 16-20. Вопрос - кому нужна такая служба, из чьих денег она получает зарплату? Если из денег налогоплательщиков, то меня, как налогоплательщика и жителя района Юго-Восток, такой уровень работы никак не устраивает. Я обзвонила 5 телефонов, потратила больше часа времени - результат НОЛЬ!
