Я дружу с Башкомснаббанком с тех пор, как появилась возможность оплаты продуктов и товаров Ufamama в терминале. Мне очень нравится, что в самом офисе девочки хорошие, отзывчивые. Они всегда помогают, если я где-то сомневаюсь. Чаще всего посещаю Кувыкинский офис, потому что близко живу.

С банком сотрудничаю с момента открытия офиса на Кувыкина, 31. Около 10 лет. Я вкладчик, открыл депозит. Последнее название “Золотое руно”. За весь период было много вкладов, названия их уже не вспомню. Вклады я никогда не закрывал, а лишь перекидывал со старого счета на новый. Таким образом, я переоформляю вклады. Помимо этого имею пенсионную карту, которая удобна в применении. Члены моей семьи тоже пользуются услугами банка, держат вклады. Изначально Башкомснаббанк привлек меня своим расположением. Я живу через улицу. Сначала решил попробовать, открыл депозит, потом убедился в том, что банк надежен. Процентные ставки менялись за весь период: то давали большие, то поменьше. Сотрудники сами говорили, как лучше переоформить вклад. В Башкомснаббанке привлекает надежность во вкладах. Качество обслуживания оцениваю как хорошее. Оставлял несколько раз паспорт, потом возвращали. Один раз в банкомате забыл деньги, через месяц вернули на счет. Компенсировали и все вернули. Сотрудники подробно объясняют новые условия по договору и не торопят. Они понимают, что я уже немолодой. Подсказывают, как пенсионеру будет выгоднее. Башкомснаббанку желаю продолжать работать в том же духе, чтобы не терять доверие. Не делать большие проценты, чтобы не возникало сомнений у клиентов.
