Присоединяюсь к отрицательным отзывам. На дебетовой карте, которой продолжительное время не пользовался, оставались деньги. Своевременно не обновил карту (закончился срок действия) и поэтому не получалось снять деньги в банкомате. Через некоторое время, придя в банк с паспортом, хотел забрать деньги не обновляя карту. Но оказывается банк изменил условия карты перед самым окончанием срока действия карты, чтобы присвоить мои деньги, и затем закрыл счет! Говорят, что якобы уведомили меня об этом, хотя я не получал уведомлений. Не рекомендую данный банк! Мошенники!

В банке работают 3 человека, касса одна, очереди. Есть ощущение что скоро совсем закроется

Никогда не связывайтесь с данным учреждением. Даже нет желания описывать что и как просто попробуйте решить вопрос дистанционно и все станет ясно. Девочки берущие трубку кроме я переведу вас на специалиста не чего больше незнают , специалист естественно ЗАНЯТ ВСЕГДА!!! сколько бы вы не ждали поднятия трубки.

Очень низкий уровень сервиса в этом банке с вечным отсутствием денег в банкоматах, засыпающими кассирами и очередями в кассах. А тем временем перекуры никто не отменял, видимо…

Очень-очень медленное обслуживания обратилась для снятия собственных средств ( сумма маленькая и смешная),оператору понадобилось для этого 15 минут,при этом потребовала от меня помимо паспорта ещё один дополнительный документ,я предоставила СНИЛС,после этого я сидела в зале,пока она напечатает много бумаг,что- то рвала выкидывала,снова печатала и ставила штампы печатью,потом пригласила расписаться и отправила в кассу,там я провела 5 минут и алиллуя- я таки получила свои 1493 р!
