Ужас. Работает 1.5 землекопа и то еле шевелятся. Из-за минутной операции ждал ПОЛТОРА ЧАСА Это не единичный случай. Ненавижу это убожество и всех отговариваю от посещения этого ужаса. Это не банк, это ШАРАГА

Офис - единственный в Ярославле. Часы работы - как захочется. Якобы инфлрмация на сайте обновляется каждый день... Каждый день на сайте нарисано, что часы работы до 18:00, при этом вчера, например, банк отработал до 16:00. Мне нужно было внести деньги по карте КРЕДИТНОЙ!!! Оператор по телефону предложила внести через банк-партнер ВТБ, якобы без комиссии. КОМИССИЯ ЕСТЬ, и не маленькая. Заплатила комиссию 750 рублей. Сегодня пыталась дозвониться по единственному федеральному номеру. Время соединения с оператором -15 минут, но спустя 6,5 минут одидания снова сообщили, что ожидание 15 минут((( Ужас - а не банк!!!

Очень хорошее средство для быстрого и надежного перевода денежных средств заграницу. Часто пользуемся его услугами. Процент здесь берут не самый большой, из мне известных и опробованных систем по переводу денежных средств. Деньги приходят ориентировочно через 20 минут. Очень выгодно, быстро и удобно. Советую!

поделюсь с вами моим мнением об этом банке , мне нравиться , оказывают свои услуги очень хорошо , все меня устраивает , платежи не задерживаются , так что я в целом довольна , по телефону горячей линии , тоже сотрудники общаются очень вежливо , и готовы помочь в трудную минуту , своим советом , так что банк в целом хороший , процветания этому банку .
