Не банк, а кусок омна, такой же "ароматный", как и одноименная страховая компания. Навязывают свои cpaные карты, которые оказывается "обязательно нужны по закону, чтобы получить перевод Золотой короны". В ином банке дают с пол-оборота по паспорту гражданина РФ, как и положено. Желаю банку скорейшего разорения и закрытия, с таким отношением к клиенту.

Банки в нашей страневообще проблематичные организации Росгосстрах Банк ,на мой взгляд,самый проблемный.Деньги берут легко и сразу ,возвращают не охотно и через большой промежуток времени.Цепочка возврата длинная и затратная для клиента.Я бы не советовал этот банк для людей ,которые хотят вложить деньги.

Мне на счет этого банка перечислена была страховка на ребенка в связи с несчастным случаем. Сразу деньги не стали снимать.Спустя некоторое время пришло смс-уведомление, что со счета списано 500 руб., через 3 недели еще списано 500 руб. Думала какая-то ошибка. Обратилась на горячую линию, сказали: так как я долго не пользовалась счетом, списали за обслуживание счета! Мне было интересно очень, какое конкретно обслуживание было проведено в общей сумме на 1000 руб. Толкового ответа не последовало. Ни один из уважающих себя банков такого не позволяет! Будьте бдительны, господа! Если все-таки придется Вам туда обращаться(именно придется, потому что по доброй воле вряд ли туда обращаются), снимайте деньги до копейки и закрывайте счета, чтобы не терять деньги.
