Самый ужасный офис в котором я когда-либо была!!!!!! Сотрудники не умеют и не желают работать в принципе. Была в этом офисе дважды... В первый раз приезжала в июле 2018 года для внесения в страховой полис нового водительского удостоверения, в итоге сотрудник данного офиса внесла изменения в страховой полис, но как выяснилось спустя 6 месяцев, во время оформления новой страховки в другом офисе "Росгосстрах" в базу данных не были внесены данные о новом водительское удостоверении, т.е. если бы в это время я попала в ДТП, не известно чем бы закончилась эта история... И это за мои же деньги☝️так как ранее за данную страховку на год мы заплатили и я чуть не потеряла страховой 10-ти летний стаж, который с годами даёт скидку постоянным клиентам за непрерывное страхование. Второй раз посетила этот офис сегодня, предварительно позвонив в это отделение, по номеру телефона указанному на сайте 8(495)705‑85-12. Трубку взяла девушка, я сказала, что хочу переоформить страховку и спросила до скольки они работают, она ответила: "Офис работает до 8, приезжайте!“ Приехав в офис с другого конца Москвы, открыв дверь мы увидели сонную девушку, которая явно не хотела отрываться от своего мобильного телефона и неохотно спросив что нам нужно, она сообщила, что закончились"розовые бланки для переоформления", а страховку заново оформить, так это запросто (видимо для этого у неё бланки найдутся). На вопрос: "Почему мне не сказали об отсутствии бланков по телефону?“ она предположила, что я звонила на горячую линию, а потом решила, что я и вовсе спрашивала что-то другое💁‍♀️. Для чего нужен этот офис?! Остаётся загадкой... то у них нет бланков, то нет желания работать!
