Обратилась в данный банк к начале февраля с рефинансированием ипотеки на комнату. Собрала пакет документов, мне одобрили. Но для проведения сделки необходимо было сделать оценку комнаты повторно. Я заказала оценку у той фирмы которую мне предоставил банк. В итоге мне оценили комнату в сумму меньше, чем я мне необходимо для рефинансирования. И оценили её в 2 раза меньше, чем она стоила 5 лет назад на рынке недвидимости. Получается моя комната за 5 лет подешевела (в Московском районе Питера, 15 мин от центра) а не подорожала. С учётом того, что недвижимость на рынке только за год выросло на 10 %. Я связалась с специалистом кто ведёт моё дело. Она сказала, что подала одобрение большей суммы. Прошло 2 недели. Уже 3 марта. Ответа никакого не последовало. Скажите сколько мне ждать ещё? Я знаю что есть срок одобрения ипотеки, после которого необходимо будет повторно собирать и подавать документы. Желания у меня такого нет, это время и деньги. Я и так уже потратила больше на рефенансировние (оценка, страховка, оплата за перевод денег) сумма затрат больше, чем за год экономия от ежемесячных платяжей с новым процентом одобренным вашим банком. Ещё и отношение к своим клиентам, от которого пропадает желание дальше сотрудничать. Жаль потраченного времени и денег.
