Очень хороший банк для обмена денег. Персонал очень дружелюбный, хотя они на самом деле не говорят по-английски, они стараются вас понять. и они дают хороший курс. 5 парней из охраны, так что определенно чувствовал себя в безопасности verry good bank to change your money staff is verry friendly even tho they dont really speak english they do try to understand you. and they give a good course.5 guys of securty so deff felt safe

Отвратительное отделение. Зашёл во вторник в 18-40, просидел 40 минут в ожидании осовобождения клиентского менеджера нужно было решить несколько вопросов по карте. В итоге не дождался и ушёл. Позор!!! В час Пик, когда люди идут с работы, работает один человек. Зато в подвальном этаже , там где кассы, висит флипчарт с показушный каракулями с летучек как улучшить обслуживание клиентов.

Чат со специалистами банка это самое ужасное, что может быть! Ответ на вопрос не могу получить пару месяцев. Они такую ересь пишут... хотите выписку по счету более чем за 3 месяца, езжайте в банк. В сложившийся эпидемиологической ситуации ехать в банк совершенно не хочется. Вопрос элементарный. Откуда на текущем счету появились деньги. Ответа нет. Тупее банка еще не видела...
