Даже стыдно ставить звезду.Работает всего 2 менеджера,куча народа,длительное ожидание......чтобы взять выписку со счета приходится ждать целую вечность.......

Всем доброго дня и хорошего настроения. Решил исправить свой отзыв о банке , который я раньше писал и поставил 4 звезды. Теперь 1 звезда. И так начнём. 1. Без оформления страховки не оформляют. Если оформили со страховкой начинают тебя посылать от одного специалиста к другому. Если ты решил отказаться от страховки. Но это не самое страшное . 2. По городу моему городу (Благовещенск) 10 банкоматов . (Речь идет через котррые можно пополнить счет, положить деньги на карту) 4 банкомата всегда не работают. Когда пишешь в чат мобильного приложения и хочешь помочь банку. Чтобы они устранили неисправность. Но тут они делают из тебя идиота и говорят , что по этим адресам нет банкоматов! И тут просто , что , это как, что происходит как нет я стою перед ним и он не работает. Консультант переубеждать тебя и доказывает , что там стоит банкомат азиатской тихоокеанский банк. Это как такое может быть? Потом он предлагает записать видео и прислать им фото и им доказать , что их банкомат находится по этим адресам. 3. Я потратил 1 час , но так и не смог найти работающий банкомат. 4. В плане удобства я вам ,настойчиво рекомендую не пользоваться услугами данного банка. Это крайне не удобно. Ниже прикладываю переписку с консультантом.

Обидный не русский банк с таким названием.... Эй хозяин окстись! Время рос прошло даже в Грузии.... Пора название поменять, пока приставочку какую не нафантазировали.... Хотя может и не перевелись педриоты на земле русской.... Ведь как известно на дурака не нужен ножь ему с три короба наврешь и делай с ним что хошь! 😁😁😁

Не могу получить простую справку о процентах по кредиту. Уже 3 обращения и кроме обещаний ничего. Дозвониться тоже не могу. Очень печальная организация. Разочарование полное.
