1).Потому что работают с 10 00, когда все другие банки с 9 00.2). Программы постоянно не работают приходиться ждать от 30 минут до половины дня. 3.) отправляют платить если у них проблемы с программами через банкомат. Мне это очень не удобно, и очень много времени приходиться тратить в ожидании!!!

Обслуживания мягко говоря нет от слова совсем. Взяла талон в 17.43. Сидела одна девушка операционист. Клиентов кроме меня не было. Видя меня, девушка встала и куда то ушла. Сидела я 15 минут. Вызвали меня только в 18.00. Мне не нравится такое обслуживание.

Вчера посетила данное отделение, так как карта банка находится в стадии перевыпуска, и снять деньги можно только с паспортом через кассу банка. Само отделение небольшое, но даже на такой небольшой площади все довольно удобно расположено. Девушки, которые обслуживали, были очень любезны и приветливы. Кассир даже поинтересовалась какими купюрами мне удобно получить денежные средства. К плюсам также отнесу то, что данное отделение единственное, которое работает до восьми часов вечера. То есть туда можно успеть зайти после работы.
