Ужасный банк, внешний вид самого банка не соответствует внешнему виду сотрудников. Так же они не компетентны в вопросах о продуктах банка. Стоят курят у входа. Желание отпадает заходить туда. Никому не советую. Горячая линия работает на ура, но не офисы банка

Да как обычный банк, операционисты отзывчивые, все досконально объясняют. Ну подождать пришлось не много, ну а где не приходится!

Сначало шло как по маслу,заинтересованные менеджеры,спасибо,помогли сделать рефинансирование ипотеки,на выгодных для меня условиях. Момент регистрации одобременения на ипотеку в МФЦ случился на время всеобщего карантина,не в моих интересах было ждать окончания санкций,поэтому была организована выездная регистрация,расходы по которой должен был взять на себя банк,по правилам сегодняшнего дня, что стало камнем преткновения.Согласно договора с регистрационным агентом банка никакого прописанного содействия я не ощутила,пришлось настаивать,убеждать,оплатить юридические расходы. И в конце концов все было сделано в течение 15 минут,т. е. можно сделать все без нервов клиента,а не тянуть резину бездействием.
