Опрос о качестве обслуживания нужно банком проводить после первого платежа! Ранее по телефону я дала 10 баллов, забираю свои слова обратно! Это мракобесие! Потратить два часа в банке что бы внести деньги!!! Один операционист!

При оформлении карты заказывала две карты, голд и классик. Только через два месяца получила голд, а классик до сих пор нет. Ужасное обслуживание!!
