Клиентом этого банка являюсь 2 года. Ещё ни разу не обслужили быстро. Постоянно очереди, и в кассу, и к операторам. Сегодня приехала забрать вклад, простояла 30 минут!

Зашла в Росбанк, чтобы открыть дебетовую карту, направили к менеджеру Анастасии. Была приятно удивлена, тем, что есть ещё в нашем городе банковские работники, которые не навязывают клиентам ненужные услуги. Спасибо Анастасия, Вы отличный специалист! Буду рекомендовать своим знакомым именно Вас. В очереди кстати не сидела час, как некоторые пишут.
