Отвратительней банка я не встречала. Очень медленное обслуживания клиентов. Чтобы получить свои деньги со вклада нужно просидеть в очереди из трёх человек полтора часа. Ставки по вкладам самые низкие. Абсолютно нет никаких привилегий для зарплатных клиентов. Сотрудники обслуживают клиентов очень долго и предоставляют неверную информацию.

Матерь Божья, сорок минут. Сорок минут в очереди в пустом зале ,что бы просто снять деньги. Зато девочки операторы очень весело смеялись и пили чай, когда я одна сидела в пустом зале. Отвратительно, просто отвратительно обученный персонал. Первое отношение к банку выстраивается на основании вашего персонала в отделение. Как итог могу сказать, что банк вы может и не плохой, но я не буду пользоваться вашеми услугами, так что на выполнение элементарных операций у вас уходит от 40 до 60 минут. Сделайте что-нибудь с вашим персоналом.
