При попытке отправить деньги на карту (не свою) сказали, что через кассу (с паспортом, по номеру счёта) сейчас это сделать невозможно, и необходимо открыть счёт в Росбанке, позвонил на "горячую линию", там сказали что ничего подобного нет. На следующий день, а именно 17.04.2019 при повторной попытке отправки, мою родственницу проводили к управляющей филиала, где та сказала, что в скором времени касс вообще не будет, и необходимо открыть счёт, если хотят и дальше переводить деньги. Снова позвонил на "горячую линию", и там, естественно о таком не слышали. В общем оставил жалобу. Жду результатов.
