Отказываются консультировать по ипотеке в этом отделении, даже не допустили до специалиста. Я должен им кучу данных о себе оставить и после этого они соизволят перезвонить.

Приехал сделать безналичный перевод на большую сумму. Перевод сделали, сумму перевели, сказали "Вот все. Спасибо". На вопрос "Что все? Где платежное поручение?" - оформить не смогли ссылаясь на то, что мой счет зарегистрирован в Москве. Вы там про политику цифровизации в РФ вообще слышали? Самый проблемный банк из всех, которыми пользовался.

Александр, здравствуйте. Прежде всего, позвольте принести извинения от лица Банка за доставленные неудобства. Получить платежное поручение по переводу можно в приложении: нужно выбрать счет – загрузить выписку – выбрать нужный перевод – в правом верхнем углу «Поделиться»..

Ужасное обслуживание, по телефону горячей линии помочь ничем не могут, блокируют счет постоянно, разблокировать только лично в банке простояв в очереди. После провожу транзакцию и снова блокируют и снова езжай в офис, дистанционно ничего не отправить и не сделать..

Внести деньги на счёт через банкомат нельзя, только в кассе по паспорту. Круглосуточный доступ к банкомату с картой РОСБАНКа.

Единственный доступный круглосуточно банкомат, как мне кажется. Правда пройти можно только по карте, но собственно зачем вам банкомат без карты, ведь правильно?…
