10 человек очереди в 13:00, 4 операциониста по работе с физиками, три операциониста свободны, клиентов у них нет, всех 10-х обслуживает 1 операционист. Целый час в отделении, а так и не продвинулся. Сервис!

-бардак с выдачей карт. заказывали сотрудникам новые карты (взамен росбанковских же карт с истекающим сроком). некоторым выпустили аж по 2 карты (зачем?!) а некоторым по прошествии 2 месяцев не сделали... - от одного и того же клиента до транзитного валютного счета в Росбанке доходит меньшая сумма, чем от него же до счета в другом банке. По какой-то причине банки-корреспонеднты снимают бОльшую комиссию при оплате на счет в Росбанке((( + быстро поступают деньги на карту
