Офис «Варсонофьевский» конечно расположен очень удобно для клиентов и рядом около метро и в центре Москвы! Вежливость работников просто бросается в глаза даже мне лично не вериться что искренне. И в каких других я был банков та же вежливость. Истинную причину этому не знаю. Конечно все исходит от руководства, а руководство наверняка бывает за границей и видимо там эта вежливость тоже бросается в глаза и обосновывается надо думать убедительно. Так же важна компетентность сотрудников, каков этот уровень судить не могу, но руководство должно понимать, что это тоже чрезвычайно важный вопрос! Например, я хочу снять раньше времени какую то сумму с вклада, на что мне могут ответить, что это договором не предусмотрено. И вопрос на этом закрыт. Есть ли к сотруднику претензии по разъяснению этого вопроса? К сотруднику по этому вопросу нет никаких претензий, но он в таком случае ничего хорошего. Это что то вроде того как бюрократ. Хороший специалист ищет решение, вникает в суть дела клиента, пытается найти какое оптимальное решение в данных условиях – разумеется, не нарушая условия договора. Вот я например вчера в вашем офисе открыл вклад и в договоре к сожалению не указал свой электронный почтовый ящик. Промашку дал теперь это исправить дело, наверное, канительное. Желаю вам так держать! И дальнейших успехов!
