Обратилась со своими проблемами. Хотели взыскать неустойку с А101 Девелопмент, запросрочку передачи квартиры. Провели заседания и взыскали неустойку и штраф, только не в полном объёме, судья уменьшила сумму по 333 статье на 20 %, но результат оказался лучше чем у остальных наших соседей. Мы очень довольны. Помогли нам получить деньги от ответчика. Большое спасибо. Очень, благодарны
