Здравствуйте, я хотела бы выразить благодарность специалистам компании «Роникс Системс» за то, что они всегда оказывают нам квалифицированную техническую поддержку. У нас крупная консалтинговая фирма, много компьютеров, принтеров, копировальной техники. Все время что-нибудь ломается или требует дополнительных настроек. Раньше у нас был заключен договор с другой сервисной компанией, но ее мастера плохо справлялись с поставленными перед ними задачами. Теперь, как только возникает проблема с техникой, мы сразу же обращаемся к IT-специалистам Роникса. В зависимости от ситуации, мастера решают задачу удаленно или с выездом в офис. С ними всегда приятно общаться, так как они очень компетентные, спокойные и вежливые. Мы рады, что заключили договор с этой замечательной компанией, и надеемся на дальнейшее плодотворное сотрудничество.

Здравствуйте, год назад мы заключили контракт на обслуживание серверов с компанией «Роникс Системс». У нас крупная юридическая фирма, часто возникают проблемы с неисправностью оборудования. Раньше нас обслуживала другая компания, но пришлось отказаться от ее услуг, так как инженеры халатно относились к своей работе, не сразу отвечали на звонки, постоянно опаздывали. Специалисты Роникса нас приятно удивили своим профессионализмом, ответственностью, умением быстро принимать решения в нестандартн ых ситуациях. Союз РГВП выражает благодарность компании «Роникс Системс» и персонально Гордиенко Алексею за хорошую работу по установке и настройке нашего сервера и ПО. Все выполнено качественно и в срок с учетом наших пожеланий. Установленное оборудование работает без перебоев более 2 лет.
