Работаю главным механиком в коммерческом банке.Уже семь лет обслуживаем свой транспорт в Рондо Центре.У нас 18 машин разных марок от ауди до шевроле,делаем слесарку и кузовной ремонт по направлениям страховой.Проблем за это время не было!!! И сотрудники нашего банка ремонтируют личные авто у них.Хороший,адекватный сервис.

1.04.2014 Сдал машину по КАСКО в этот чудо Рондо-центр. Акцентировал внимание при выборе СТО, в первую очередь на скорости доставки деталей(нужна была замена бампера) и оперативный ремонт(2 мелких вмятины на дверях+покраска дверей), по информации на их сайте, доставка деталей в течение 2-х дней, по факту 10 дней. В итоге звонят через полторы недели, говорят: "машина готова, приезжайте!". Ну я и поехал...при встрече со своей родной машинкой ее просто не узнал, двери, которые необходимо было покрасить, покрашены на целый тон СВЕТЛЕЕ, чем вся остальная машина, я понимаю, что может быть такое, что начальный окрас машины мог посветлеть за год и я бы понял, что двери немного темнее, но они СВЕТЛЕЕ! т.е. по факту, когда я немного еще поезжу, двери, соответственно, станут еще светлее! Господа, это не серьезно. На мой запрос поговорить с директором, парень на ресепшене, сказал, что никого нет. В смысле вообще никого! Ни чудо маляра, который красил двери, ни технического директора, ни генерального. Только секретарь на ресепе! Это просто НЕ СЕРЬЕЗНО! Оставил претензию, машину не забрал. Обещали к понедельнику 14.04.14 все исправить, будем ждать. В случае не исполнения обязательств со стороны СТО Рондо-центр, буду вынужден обратиться в суд с иском о порче собственности и о причинении морального вреда(тратят мое время и нервы). Не рекомендую обращение в СТО Рондо Центр.
