Профессионалы! Очень доволен их работой. Оперативно изготовили и поставили ворота в гараж. Качество самих ворот и квалификация персонала на высоте. Не дёшево, конечно, но за такое отношение к делу я заплатил вполне приемлемые деньги. Спасибо

Вообще в шоке от компании! Сказали что мы к вам не поедем - без причины! Попросила согласовать время встречи, нервные специалисты. НЕРЕКОМЕНДУЮ, Не тратьте время! Грубые и абсолютно не ориентированы на клиентов

Ольга, добрый день! Если мы правильно разобрались в ситуации, Ваше обращение было по поводу ремонта, требующее выезда монтажной бригады, а не просто специалиста для проведения консультации/замера. Ремонт роллет, установленных сторонними организациями, мы осуществляем только по мере освобождения монтажных бригад. На момент Вашего обращения была свободная бригада, но с Вашей стороны не было определенности по времени, в какое время можно получить доступ к роллете, поэтому бригада была отправлена на другой объект. Сожалеем, что наш ответ в чем-то Вам показался грубым.
