Недостатки: В РОЛЬФ Волгоградский Toyota обратился 17.06.2019 По направлению СК ремонт по ОСАГО. мастер консультант Хахонин Иван.делали дол го! сделали не качественно! несколько раз обращался в службу качества бесполезно! отношение ужасное! обходите стороной не трате свое время! Отвратительно, хуже перекупов.Рассматривал к покупке автомобиль с пробегом, представленный в этом «автосалоне». При общении с менеджером Марком он отказался предоставить по телефону первичную диагноститческую информацию по автомобилю, ссылаясь на то, что необходимо приезжать лично. Если «автосалон» позиционирует себя как официального дилера, то такое отношение к клиентам, к их времени недопустимо. Никому не советую обращатся.
