Был приятно удивлён не только процессом покупки Авто с Пробегом в этом Автосалоне,но и решением последующих вопросов по гарантии.После приобретения БМВ Х5 2016 года,поехал к Дилеру БМВ на полную диагностику,для своего спокойствия и вот дилер находит незначительные,но неприятные моменты-замена передних рычагов и сальника заднего привода.Но узнав об этой ситуации,менеджер Константин и его руководитель Павел оперативно решили эту проблему,согласовав замену за счёт автосалона,так как эти неисправности были до моей покупки,Авто также поставили на дополнительную Гарантию на 2 года от Рольф,чему я был конечно Очень Рад!Если так решаются вопросы Постпродажного Сервиса,то я уверен,что и Гарантия Рольф позволит не переживать о возможных серьезных поломках!

Добрый вечер!Хочу оставить очень положительный отзыв о конкретном сотруднике .Ваша работа (выкуп авто)подразумевает получение прибыли ,и это естественно и нормально!Хочу сказать (и сказал) Большое Спасибо Кирилу Нехаеву!За его подход к своей работе и отношение к потенциальному клиенту ,у него есть все ,для-того ,что-бы стать не просто успешным профессионалом ( в том чем он предпочтет заниматься), но и при этом вот всем))остаться Достойным Человеком!
