За три часа до прибытия в магазин позвонил им по телефону 8-495-661-60-76 в Колодезный переулок д.2-А стр.1,сказав,что еду покупать вариатор Малосси на Ямаху Маджести 250.Отвечают,что ждут и вариатор есть в наличии!!Погода с минусом за бортом,мотоцикл у меня не завёлся.Но раз я дал слово приехать,прямо в экипе нанимаю за 1000 рублей такси.Приезжаю на место,сообщаю зачем приехал и что это я звонил сейчас (причём звонил я дважды).Продавец уходит на склад и через пять минут говорит мне,что вариатора нет!!!! Лёгкие объяснения не приводят к результату.Уезжаю домой.В сервисе стоит разобранный механиком скутер.Механик ждал вариатор.Не дождался!Хорошо,что ещё мне за хранение скутера и часы простоя механика не предъявля никто.Я ведь сам просил механика в выходной день выйти на работу ради меня. Приехав домой перезваниваю и мне радостным голосом говорят,что вариатор лежит прямо перед ними!А я как будто бы вообще не туда ездил! Продолжаем выяснения.Оказывается продавался варик через интернет магазин,они якобы предупредили продавцов в зале о моём приезде,но те кажется забили на это дело. Происходит попытка меня лично обвинить в идиотизме,что я не то сказал и не тому человеку когда приехал. Вот сейчас читаю по этой ссылке как они вообще с людьми,с покупателями обходятся.Советую тоже прочесть тем,кто не хочет потерять деньги время и нервы ! Трудно после всего этого назвать их контору разумной и их отношение к покупателю нормальным:Не советую никому обращаться туда.
